Our Youth Apprenticeship Program gives you the chance to earn a paycheck, gain valuable hands-on experience, and explore a rewarding career before graduation. As part of our Field Crew, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who will teach you real construction skills that you can use for years to come. You'll help form and pour concrete, assist with framing and building projects, and see firsthand how a job site transforms from the ground up. No experience? That's okay! We're looking for dependable students who are eager to learn, willing to work hard, and ready to be part of a team. If you bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. This isn't just a part-time job. After completing the program, you may have opportunities to continue your career in roles such as: Concrete Finisher Carpenter Construction Laborer Foreman or Crew Leader Project Manager Construction Superintendent Skilled Trade Apprentice The skills you gain through this program can help you enter the workforce immediately after high school, continue into a registered apprenticeship, or pursue additional technical training and certifications.
