About The Position
A Youth Apprenticeship at Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry gives high school students the opportunity to experience the manufacturing industry, develop real-world skills, and learn from experienced professionals—all while building their résumé and preparing for their future. This role allows students to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, learn valuable workplace and technical skills, and discover careers in skilled trades, engineering, and manufacturing.
