About The Position

Youth Apprenticeship Opportunity – R&L Spring (Lake Geneva, WI) Maintenance & Manufacturing Pathways Ready to start your career before you even graduate? R&L Spring is looking for 2 motivated high school students to join our Youth Apprenticeship Program in maintenance and manufacturing. This isn’t just a summer job, it’s a chance to learn real skills, work with your hands, and get paid while exploring a future career. Requirements

  • High school junior or senior enrolled in Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship
  • Someone who enjoys working with their hands and learning new things
  • Reliable, motivated, and willing to ask questions
  • Interest in manufacturing, maintenance, or skilled trades
