The Youth and Family Development Associate (YFDA) is responsible for providing services to SBCS clients and the community within the Youth Prevention & Intervention (YPI) Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program. Services will align with agency goals, objectives, mission, and style, provided within a team framework. The role involves working with the YPI team to develop and meet team goals and objectives. ATD provides a continuum of detention alternatives for juvenile offenders to foster their success within the community, utilizing trauma-informed services that involve the entire household to support and empower families.
