Life Without Barriers is seeking a Youth Advocate for their Staying on Track program, a new youth justice service focused on supporting young people aged 10-17 transitioning from detention back into their families and communities. This role is permanent and full-time, based in Springwood/Logan. The program aims to reduce re-offending and foster positive pathways through education, training, employment, and community connections. The Youth Advocate will provide mentoring, coaching, and outreach, develop support plans, attend appointments, advocate for clients, and support positive choices to build independence and resilience.
