This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Develops, organizes and implements high quality, member-focused YMCA programs. Primarily composed of experienced professionals requiring an understanding of a body of knowledge linked to function. Requires ability to work independently on moderately complex assignments with minimal supervision. Role is required to deliver work by interpreting and expanding on somewhat complex and diverse procedures. LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS Supervision of hourly employees and volunteers. Embodies YMCA competencies at a Team Leader level.
