This position involves community outreach on the streets and in places where unhoused young adults frequent. The role includes coordinating participants' needs before and after they move from street to home, enhancing their daily living skills, accompanying them to appointments, and advocating on their behalf when faced with discrimination or healthcare inequities. The position reports to the Team Leader, Young Adult SOS Team – South and is located in Midtown, Lower Manhattan & Brooklyn. The schedule is Sundays (9am-5pm) and Mondays through Thursdays (1pm-9pm).
