About The Position

EXOS is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced group exercise instructor who is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys motivating others. The role involves leading classes for people of varying fitness levels and abilities, helping participants exercise safely and enjoyably, and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment. Instructors teaching licensed or branded formats such as Yoga must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification, such as AFAA, ACE, ACSM, or NETA.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• For instructors teaching licensed or branded formats such as Yoga, training and a license to teach the specific format.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire people in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Nice To Haves

• Current First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, results-driven group exercise classes and ensure participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Develop and deliver exercise routines tailored to different fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide personalized support and modifications to participants as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages members to reach their fitness goals.
• Stay current with group exercise industry trends and best practices.
