About The Position

EXOS is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging, results-driven classes and promote a positive, inclusive environment. The instructor will support participants of varied fitness levels and abilities, helping them exercise safely and work toward their fitness goals. Instructors teaching licensed or branded formats such as yoga must also be trained and licensed to teach those formats.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification, such as AFAA, ACE, ACSM, or NETA.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire people in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Nice To Haves

• Current First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• For instructors teaching licensed or branded formats such as yoga, training and a license to teach the specific format are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, results-driven group exercise classes while ensuring participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Develop and deliver exercise routines suited to a variety of fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide personalized support and modifications to participants as needed.
