Logan Health's Polson Fitness Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team on a PRN basis. This role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys creating an inclusive environment where participants can build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence while supporting their overall well-being. As a Yoga Instructor, you will guide participants through safe and effective yoga practices while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for individuals of varying experience levels and abilities.

Requirements

Current Yoga Instructor certification required.
CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping individuals improve their physical and emotional well-being.

Nice To Haves

Previous yoga instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging yoga classes that promote mobility, balance, flexibility, strength, and stress reduction.
Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and modifications to support participants of all skill levels.
Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive class environment.
Monitor participant safety and provide appropriate exercise recommendations and adjustments.
Support members in developing healthy movement patterns and sustainable wellness habits.
Collaborate with fitness center leadership to enhance programming and member experiences.
