As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the daily operations of the fitness center. Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, recreation, or fitness settings is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer proficiency
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones and assist with questions regarding memberships, programs, and facility services
- Process memberships, registrations, and retail transactions
- Support day-to-day front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Help create a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for members and visitors
