About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and certified Yoga Instructor to lead engaging and diverse yoga classes tailored to all fitness levels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of yoga principles, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for our members. Join our dynamic team and inspire individuals on their wellness journey through mindful practice and expert guidance.
Requirements
- Current AFAA or ACE Primary Group Ex certification and/or related specialty certification (Les Mills, Zumba, AEA, CPT…)
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work positively with different populations.
- Superior customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior experience teaching group exercise classes highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and diverse yoga classes tailored to all fitness levels.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for members.
- Inspire individuals on their wellness journey through mindful practice and expert guidance.
- Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook.
- Park in team member-designated areas.
- Assist in maintaining club cleanliness.
- Assist with Service Day.
- Assist with acac programs, special events, or activities outside your department.
- Promptly return messages.
- Exhibit a positive attitude at all times.
- Deliver five-star service to members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, and a pleasant demeanor at all times.
