Experience with Excursion Control
Ability to develop and implement quality inspection recipes
Experience with efficiency improvements, cost reduction, or quality improvement programs
Experience supporting new product introductions
Experience performing lot and equipment dispositions
Experience in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog Technologies
Ability to identify systemic/acute problems in process or equipment
Ability to lead and communicate findings to engineering staff
Experience with data analysis and problem resolution

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing operations with Excursion Control as top priority to ensure SMFAB is safe from defectivity that can cause an excursion
Develop and implement quality inspection recipes that result in a reliable inline signal of tool and process health. Results in increased yields and the highest quality
Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support.
Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog Technologies
Identify systemic/acute problems in either process or equipment related sources and leading/communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner
Participate in data analysis and problem resolution
