About The Position

This position is responsible for generating daily fabrication & offal yields, ground beef P&L, and daily P&L files. The Yield Coordinator works closely with in-plant fabrication, offal, and upper management. Other tasks will include assisting with A/P, Journal entries, Reconciliations, and various other accounting tasks. Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• 10-key abilities
• Ability to work alone
• Ability to make judgment calls for reporting purposes
• Ability to meet multiple daily deadlines
• Dependable
• Detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ECS, Shop Floor, & SAP
