About The Position

Clear Investment Group (CIG) is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Yardi specialist to be the single point of contact for everything within the Yardi system. This role involves owning the configuration, usage, security, and evolution of Yardi Voyager, the platform that supports the company's property management, accounting, and investor reporting functions. The specialist will be responsible for managing the system, supporting users, and driving Yardi-related projects to improve daily operations and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

5+ years administering Yardi Voyager with hands-on property management and accounting experience
Working knowledge of RentCafe, Procure to Pay, and Investment Manager
Experience with ETLs, custom reporting, and onboarding new properties
A track record of driving projects to the finish line. You follow up, close loops, and don’t let things stall
Meticulous attention to detail. You catch the setup error before it becomes a reporting problem
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
A team-first mindset and a strong commitment to CIG’s success
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to expert and first point of contact for all Yardi questions, issues, and requests across corporate and property-level teams.
Manage Yardi Voyager configuration and ongoing maintenance, including user security, roles, and menus.
Set up new acquisitions in Yardi from both the property management and accounting sides, including data mapping and conversion.
Own Yardi-related projects from scoping through completion, on time and on budget. Identify risks early and communicate them.
Coordinate, test, and document upgrades, patches, and new modules or subscriptions before they reach users.
Build and maintain custom reports and queries. Support audit and compliance requests with accurate data extracts.
Manage integrations and data flows between Yardi and other business systems, including ETLs.
Find new ways to use Yardi to improve daily operations, and hold teams to system best practices so data stays clean.
Provide day-to-day user support, and lead training for corporate and property staff, including new-hire Yardi onboarding.
Maintain clear process documentation and user guides so that system knowledge lives with the team, not one person.
Act as the primary contact between CIG leadership and Yardi’s support and sales teams.
