About The Position

This role goes beyond traditional support. You will act as the go-to expert for all Yardi-related systems, ensuring the platform is not only running smoothly, but also continuously evolving to support business needs across the organization. This role will work closely with multiple teams to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that increase efficiency, visibility, and performance. From managing configurations and troubleshooting issues to leading upgrades and driving new initiatives, you will play a key role in shaping how Olymbec leverages Yardi today and in the future.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Yardi systems
  • Strong experience with Yardi Voyager 7S
  • Strong experience with Facility Manager
  • Solid understanding of property management workflows
  • Solid understanding of purchasing and receivables
  • Solid understanding of financial/accounting processes
  • Expert level communication skills (English & French), oral and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Experience leading system implementations or upgrades

  • Experience working in real estate or property management environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for all Yardi products and modules at Olymbec
  • Own and manage system configurations including: Users, roles, permissions; Properties and entities; Menu sets and access structures
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity
  • Provide front-line and advanced support to business users across departments
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions
  • Manage and follow up on tickets, ensuring full resolution and user satisfaction
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and system usage
  • Lead and coordinate: System upgrades; New module implementations; Enhancements and optimizations
  • Build and maintain a Yardi roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Work closely with Yardi support and external partners
  • Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards
  • Support teams with data needs and insights
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and usability for decision-making
  • Partner with departments to understand operational needs
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Support adoption of new features and processes
  • Create and maintain clear documentation and procedures
  • Develop training materials and support user onboarding
  • Promote best practices across the organization
