About The Position

StuartCo Corporate Office is looking to hire a full-time Yardi Support Specialist located in Bloomington, MN. The Yardi Support Specialist is responsible for providing in-house support for assigned software applications and providing computer support for the organization, acting as the liaison to IT and all departments. This role requires the Yardi Support Specialist to work independently and be highly responsive, productive, customer service-driven, and professional while working as an individual contributor and as a part of a team. The Yardi Support Specialist works under the general supervision of the IT Director and is a resource for all departments of the organization, including Marketing, Accounting, and Property Management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 5 or more years of related work experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Yardi suite of products, Office 365, and a Windows computer environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated history of taking initiative.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
  • Customer service oriented. Able to work productively and positively with all staff, management, vendors, residents, and others to achieve objectives.
  • Implement and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Multifamily Management experience in leasing or management roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support resolution via ticketing system, email, phone, and other electronic mediums. Identify trends to make recommendations for training options or process improvement.
  • Provide level one support for Yardi Voyager, Yardi CRM, Yardi Rent Café, Yardi Calls for updates/plug-ins/changes, Yardi Audits, RHR, One Call Now, Better Bot, Microsoft Teams, Primary Contact for Yardi, etc.
  • Orientation and training for all new hires for the site offices. Onboarding for software applications and tutorials.
  • Availability to assist on-site to train, mentor, and establish StuartCo's best practices.
  • Develop best practices for using CoStar and other online tools to provide current and accurate market data.
  • Provide group and individual training for users on current applications, as needed or recommended. In addition, consistently review these applications for new enhancements and workflow improvements, and train users accordingly.
  • Works closely with StuartCo Leadership to create, modify, and maintain company-wide workflows, best practices, reporting, and all other related procedures within the property management systems.
  • As part of the IT team, installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots various software applications utilized by the organization. Assist with system upgrades, implementations, integrations, releases, and maintenance.
  • Explore and analyze the value of new software applications, benefits provided to the organization, and cost/benefit proposition.
  • Monitors existing user training materials and documentation, and updates them with changes in software and procedures.
  • Maintain database integrity and security by providing user provisioning, password changes, and the termination of user access.
  • Use analytical and problem-solving ability to work through the complexity of an issue to get to the root of it and resolve a software issue.
  • Performs other related duties as required to accomplish the position's objectives.
  • Acts as liaison between the IT department and other departments. Research issues to determine when an issue needs to be sent to external support.
