About The Position

Ditch Witch West, a capital equipment dealer in the West, is hiring an entry-level Yard / Utility Person for its Corona, California team. The role supports shipping and receiving and helps keep the yard and equipment organized, clean, and ready for customers. Duties include equipment check-ins, cleaning and fueling equipment, light mechanical work, daily forklift inspections, and delivering or picking up parts and goods. The position offers potential for career advancement within the store, along with training and ongoing support.

Requirements

Be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Be able to frequently lift and move 50 pounds.
Have standard counterbalance forklift experience.
Have a driver’s license and a good driving record.
Be computer literate, including using Outlook, checking email, and Teams messages.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

Support shipping and receiving needs.
Keep the yard and equipment organized, clean, and ready for customers.
Check in equipment.
Steam clean, wash, and fuel equipment.
Perform light mechanical work.
Perform daily forklift inspections.
Deliver and/or pick up parts and goods.
Assist the Parts, Service, and Sales departments.
