About The Position

The Backbone of the Yard. At Flaman, nothing moves without the Yard Team. We don’t just "stack and rack", we manage a massive inventory of trailers, ag implements, and grain systems. We are looking for a Yard Support member who is more than just a laborer. We need someone who is mechanically inclined, loves being outdoors, and takes pride in running a tight ship. If you’d rather be operating a skid steer and troubleshooting a trailer than sitting in an office, this is your spot.

Requirements

You’re Mechanically Inclined: You understand how engines, trailers, and implements work. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to get a job done.
You’re an Experienced Operator: You have a proven track record with forklifts or similar machinery OR, you’re willing to learn.
You’re Saskatchewan-Tough: You enjoy working outdoors and stay productive whether it’s +30 or -30.
You’re Licensed: You have a valid driver's license (if you have your Class 3, definitely let us know).

Responsibilities

Operate Heavy Gear: You’ll be on the seat of forklifts and skid steers daily, moving high-value inventory and assisting with customer load-outs.
Mechanical Troubleshooting: Use your hands-on skills to perform light assembly, maintenance, and basic equipment fixes. If something isn't working right, you're the first line of defense.
The "Air Traffic Controller" of the Yard: You’ll organize the lot so the right equipment is always ready to go. A clean, efficient yard starts with you.
Shipping & Logistics: You’ll handle the "ins and outs," ensuring every piece of equipment is accounted for and safety-checked before it leaves the lot.
