About The Position

The Yard Supervisor carries out marina yard operations, leading and assisting yard staff to meet customer service goals and ensure marina processes are implemented and followed across yard functions. The role projects a professional company image through all interactions and requires working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The supervisor oversees vehicle operators, laborers, helpers, and material movers; monitors yard inventory and purchases supplies as needed; and monitors and maintains the yard fence, facility, and equipment. Other duties may be assigned by management. The position reports to the Yard Manager.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on property needs, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to identify and evaluate malfunctioning equipment and recommend corrective measures or repairs.
• Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in emergencies.
• Must be able to walk outdoors for extended periods in varied weather conditions, including rain, wind, and heat.
• Must be able to climb stairs indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
