About The Position

McDonald Companies is seeking a Day Yard Spotter to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This full-time position operates on a 2/2/3 schedule, working from 5:30 am to 5:30 pm, averaging 50-60 hours per week. The role offers a competitive starting base pay of $25.50 per hour with significant growth potential through cross-training. Overtime pay applies to all hours over 40 and all Sundays. McDonald Companies is a family-owned business with over 140 years of service, specializing in real estate development, management, construction, and comprehensive supply chain services through WSW Logistics (warehousing, trucking, and local spotting). Requirements

Class A CDL - REQUIRED
Good driving record
"Can do" attitude
Problem solving ability to see solutions instead of obstacles
Ability to tackle a fast-paced, active work environment

Responsibilities

Moving trailers within a 5-mile radius between docks or drop lots
Assisting our customers with the transport of product to meet their needs
