Both South Bay Marina and WSW Logistics are entities owned and operated under McDonald Companies. WSW Logistics has locations in Morrilton, AR, Tulsa, OK, and Green Bay, WI. All other services and entities are primarily provided to the local Green Bay market. McDonald Companies continues to provide reliable services that contribute to the growth and success of our partners, clients, and community members. This full-time Yard Spotter role is based in Green Bay, WI, and involves working on average 50-60 hours per week. The position offers a base pay starting at $26.50 an hour, with overtime rates for hours over 40 and all Sundays. There is a great opportunity for growth through a variety of cross-training.

Requirements

  • Class A CDL- REQUIRED
  • Good driving record
  • Can do” attitude
  • Problem solving ability to see solutions instead of obstacles
  • Ability to tackle a fast-paced, active work environment

Responsibilities

  • Moving trailers within a 5-mile radius between docks or drop lots
  • Assisting our customers with the transport of product to meet their needs
