About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Yard Loader Operator to join their team. This role is responsible for operating loader equipment safely to move, load, and organize materials within the yard. The operator will also perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance, manage stockpiles, and support overall yard material flow. Key aspects of the role include adhering to all safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and effective communication with team members to coordinate daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader equipment safely to move, load, and organize materials
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Manage stockpiles and support yard material flow
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks
