To continue to provide excellent customer service for our customers, we are seeking a motivated Yard Laborer to assist with daily yard operations, primarily focused on safely unloading sand deliveries and maintaining an organized, safe work environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
CDL-A license preferred.
Experience in construction materials, aggregates, or similar yard operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely unload sand deliveries using appropriate equipment.
Direct and assist truck drivers during unloading operations.
Inspect incoming materials to ensure proper quantity and quality.
Maintain yard organization, ensuring all materials are properly stored and accessible.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
Follow all safety procedures and promptly report hazards or equipment issues.
Operate heavy equipment and vehicles as needed (forklifts, loaders, trucks).
Assist with loading outbound materials and other general yard tasks as assigned.
