About The Position

Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation’s premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. We are currently looking to add a concrete laborer to our production team!

Requirements

1-2 years of previous construction laborer experience
1 year of forklift experience
Able to work outside year round
Fluent English
High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Heavy equipment experience preferred

Responsibilities

Works under direct supervision of a crew leader for the purpose of learning basic skills such as rigging, strapping down loads on trucks, operating forklifts, sand blasting or acid washing, laying mesh, and cleaning up.
Shows consistent improvement in the ability to perform work utilizing learned skills.
Takes the initiative to remain involved in productive work throughout the workday, either by performing work related to fabrication of precast concrete products or by informing the Crew Leader of availability to perform other tasks.
Comes to work regularly and on time, in accordance with company policy.
Demonstrates loyalty to the company and mutual respect for other personnel.
Functions as a team player, and looks for ways to improve the way work is done.
Assumes responsibility for maintaining plant safety in accordance with the Enterprise Properties, Inc. Safety Manual and the direction of the Safety Coordinator.
