JC Pallet is the trusted source for the best recycled pallets. The main duties of this position is to clean the loading docks, unload trailers, sweep out trailers and other tasks that are assigned. Employees must be able to use personal safety equipment while working in a manufacturing environment that includes moving machinery, fast paced forklift traffic, machine noise, and a work environment that will vary depending on the time of year. Requirements
- Must be able to use personal safety equipment.
- Frequent lifting and bending of nothing more than 40 lbs.
- Ability of standing and walking for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Driving yard jockey truck around yard moving trailers from the yard to the dock and from the dock to the yard.
- Driving trailers around to the maintenance shop for repairs.
- Cleaning the loading docks.
- Unloading trailers.
- Sweeping out trailers.
- Other tasks that are assigned.
