About The Position

We service some of the best know brands in the US and have a record of providing outstanding service and solutions. Pathmark Transportation is seeking a reliable and Safety- Focus yard Hostler, responsible for moving and docking trailers safely within the yard and facility. Along with, Forklift Certified to be able to move pallets on the dock and into the trailers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Operating a Yard Hostler or CDL A Vehicle
• Ability to safely dock trailers at facility doors
• Knowledgeable of Dock and Pull procedures
• Experience Inspecting trailers for Defects and reporting issues
• Knowledge of Pre and Post trip inspections
• Forklift Certification
• Strong Commitment to Safety procedures, Dock and Yard Operations

Responsibilities

• Moving and docking trailers safely within the yard and facility
• Moving pallets on the dock and into the trailers
• Safely docking trailers at facility doors
• Inspecting trailers for defects and reporting issues
