Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- General computer skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks.
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handlers.
- Assist in training others on equipment operation.
- Maintain yard organization and optimize material storage systems.
- Assist customers and meet their needs.
- Supervise the yard crew, providing clear direction and setting standards.
- Use operations software to track inventory, process payments, and manage material flow.
