Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- General computer skills (specific software training provided).
- A passion for staying organized and getting things done.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks.
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Master the Yard: Operate forklifts, material handlers, and other equipment, and train others.
- Captain of Organization: Keep the yard organized and optimize material storage systems.
- Customer Champion: Assist customers, meet their needs, and ensure a friendly experience.
- Team Leader: Supervise the yard crew, providing clear direction and setting a strong work ethic.
- Tech-Savvy: Utilize operations software to track inventory, process customer payments, and manage material flow.
