Requirements

Experience in a heavy industrial environment
Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization
Possess basic mathematical skills: addition subtraction multiplication and division
Excellent interpersonal skills including communicating and listening
Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (Required)
Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

Highschool or equivalent (Preferred)
Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Participate in and demonstrate a strong understanding of safety principles, adhering to all policies and procedures to foster a "Safety First Culture."
Maintain a neat and orderly storage lot to maximize efficiency for plant operations.
Safely operate the Yard Truck during daily roll-on/roll-off procedures involving loaded and empty containers.
Navigate the plant and staging areas at low speeds.
Ensure preventive maintenance checks are performed on vehicles used in this severe duty environment.
