Requirements

Possess a valid driver’s license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in related area
Demonstrate good communication skills with high levels of professionalism
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Move vehicles around the yard, ensuring they are properly positioned for loading and unloading.
Checking vehicles and other equipment for safety and operational readiness.
Safely and efficiently navigating vehicles and other equipment within the yard, avoiding congestion and maintaining an orderly environment.
Providing clear directions to truck drivers and other team members and communicating any issues or changes in the plan.
Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols and reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents.
Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
