About The Position
The Yard Dispatcher moves all raw materials to the various receiving areas. This includes moving plywood to the plywood dock, frame trailers from the frame mill to motion and back, hardware trailers to each of the plants, China cut and sewn to China docks, repair and returns to Mike King’s dock, and fiber trailers to the filling department. All raw materials are moved as the receivers call for them by trailer number. The yard dispatcher performs other duties as required by supervisor.
Requirements
- Must have CDL.
- Must have experience driving a truck.
Responsibilities
- Move all raw materials to the various receiving areas, including plywood to the plywood dock.
- Move frame trailers from the frame mill to motion and back.
- Move hardware trailers to each of the plants.
- Move China cut and sewn to China docks.
- Move repair and returns to Mike King’s dock.
- Move fiber trailers to the filling department.
- Move raw materials as receivers call for them by trailer number.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
