Requirements

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Basic computer skills to document work and navigate systems.

Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and staying active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Own yard operations by organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
Inspect, clean, and detail equipment to ensure it’s fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo.
Support equipment flow by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop.
Partner with the service team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment while delivering strong customer service and representing RDO with pride.
