This job is responsible for the general maintenance, tracking and organization of Aksela foundation drilling equipment and attachments within the yard, as well as shipping and receiving, assembly of equipment, inventory control, fleet identification, and parts pulling, shipping, and receiving.

- Stenciling ID numbers on all attachments and equipment
- Delivery of parts
- General yard upkeep and maintenance, including snow removal
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and tracks all shipping and receiving of equipment within yard.
- Loads and unloads machines.
- Prepares needed paperwork and performs inspections on all incoming and outgoing equipment.
- Documents any issues found during pre & post-inspections and communicates problems to appropriate personnel.
- Scan equipment
- Assist in maintaining the machine inventory. This person is responsible for making sure all photos taken of machines in inventory are uploaded in the files
- Organizes and inventories yard ensuring working environment is safe for both customers and employees.
- Assists rental coordinators or sales in locating “lost” equipment in yard.
- Maintains equipment in yard in rent-ready condition – neat, clean, fueled, and properly tagged.
- Performs small repairs and maintenance on equipment and work tools in yard such as repairing missing pins, teeth, leaking couplers, small parts, etc.
- Ensures cleanliness of all equipment and cab areas prior to transport or rental in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensures parts are pulled and received when ordered.
- Washing equipment when necessary
- May perform other duties as required and assigned.
- Stencils ID numbers on all attachments and equipment.
- Delivery of parts when necessary
- Performs general yard upkeep and maintenance, including snow removal
