This role is crucial for ensuring equipment is prepared and ready for rental, sale, or demo, and maintaining an organized and safe yard environment. Requirements

• Familiarity with operating construction/heavy equipment
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and as part of a team when needed
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Responsibilities

• Complete machine inspections with proper documentation
• Cleaning all types of heavy equipment
• Help ensure equipment is fully prepared and ready for rental, sale, or demo
• Ensure the yard is clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
