About The Position
Keep the yard moving. Keep the team running. At Rexco Equipment, the yard is the backbone of our operation. As a Yard Coordinator, you're the person who makes sure every machine is clean, staged, and ready - whether it's heading into the shop, out on a rental, or being picked up by a customer. It's physical, hands-on work outdoors, and it matters every single day.
Requirements
- Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Dependable, safety-conscious
Nice To Haves
- Experience around construction equipment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Pressure wash equipment before and after service and rentals
- Stage machines for the service and rental departments
- Maintain organized attachment displays
- Assist with inventory counts
- Support the team wherever the day takes you
