Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse, construction, or equipment rental industry a plus
- Forklift experience (or willingness to learn and get certified)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform simple repairs
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload rental equipment
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery
- Assist with staging equipment for rental
- Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is safe and in good working order
- Maintain a clean and organized yard and warehouse area
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
