The technologist will administer contrast media and medications in strict accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring rigorous adherence to radiation safety protocols (ALARA). Responsibilities also include executing seamless data management by verifying lead markers and patient history prior to PACS submission, maintaining a 100% accuracy rate for digital records. The technologist will monitor patient stability during complex procedures, identifying and reporting abnormal physiological responses to ensure immediate intervention when necessary. Additionally, they will oversee equipment integrity through routine performance checks and "lock-out/tag-out" safety procedures, while maintaining a sterile and organized clinical environment.
