About The Position

This role involves positioning patients and selecting accurate anatomic and technical parameters for X-ray procedures. The technologist will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies, cleaning linens, and other materials, notifying appropriate personnel when items need to be ordered or stocked. Accurate record-keeping, logging, and reporting are essential. Additionally, the technologist will provide education and instruction to patients regarding their procedures and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
