X-Ray Technologist Seeking Cross-Training Opportunity in Mammography
About The Position
Lumexa Imaging is seeking an ARRT-registered X-Ray Technologist looking to expand their career and specialize in Mammography through a unique cross-training opportunity. This comprehensive, employer-sponsored program, known as the Technologist Training Academy (TAA), is offered at our Mesquite, TX location. The program is designed to provide the necessary education, hands-on training, and support for a successful transition into a Mammography Technologist role. Requirements
- ARRT Registered in Radiography (R) – Required
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Commitment to completing the Mammography cross-training program
Responsibilities
- Complete the Mammography cross-training program.
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship with an experienced Mammography Technologist.
- Engage in hands-on clinical training in a patient-focused environment.
- Prepare for and pass the Mammography registry exam.
