About The Position

University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 200 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year. We are excited to share that we will train registered X-Ray techs or New Grads who are interested in mammo & willing to complete the 40 hour course and obtain their Mammo certification w/in twelve months of hire.

Requirements

ARRT (R)(M) certification
2+ years of current diagnostic 3D mammography experience
NJ State License
CPR certification

Nice To Haves

New X-Ray Techs interested in learning Mammo are welcome to apply and will be trained to obtain Mammo certification within twelve months of hire.

Responsibilities

Producing high quality diagnostic images
Providing excellent patient care
Collaborating with our radiologists and clinical teams
May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
Must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols
