About The Position

South Jersey Radiology Associates (SJRA) is seeking a Full-Time Float X-Ray Technologist to work in General X-Ray, Dexascan (willing to train), and basic Fluoroscopy responsibilities. This role involves covering various North/Central offices with varied shifts between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Availability for evenings until 8:00 pm, Saturdays, and Urgent Care offices for Holidays is a plus. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• ARRT licensure in x-ray in New Jersey
• Clinical experience
• Current, valid NJ State license
• CPR certification
• Working knowledge of anatomy, positioning, and medical terminology
• Knowledge of radiation safety
• Knowledge of filming/PACS and RIS
• Ability to work with others
• Genuine desire to help others
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing

Nice To Haves

• Willingness to cover varied shifts, including evenings until 8 pm.
• Availability for Saturdays and Urgent Care offices for Holidays.
• Willingness to be trained in Dexascan.

Responsibilities

• Perform General X-Ray procedures.
• Perform Dexascan procedures (training provided).
• Perform basic Fluoroscopy procedures.
• Float to cover any North/Central office as needed.
• Assist patients on and off exam tables.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
