Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to identify hidden damage and catalog parts properly.
• Commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an automotive body shop technician or in vehicle disassembly is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carefully disassemble vehicles scheduled for repair, including removing damaged body parts, trim, and other components.
• Identify damaged parts and provide accurate information to the body shop estimator for repair planning and replacement-parts ordering.
• Catalog and securely store parts and components in an organized manner so they are available for reassembly.
• Work with body shop painters, technicians, and estimators to support workflow and communication.
• Store disassembled parts properly and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment.
