About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Perform radiological duties in compliance with X-ray department and legal requirements. Help patients feel comfortable during the entire process Perform selected nursing, lab, administrative, and clerical duties that assist in the delivery of health care and patient care management under the direction of a Physician, PA, or NP. These duties will be delegated in relation to the individual's degree of training in accordance with the objectives and policies of the organization and respective state laws governing such action and activities $20 per hour, Full Time, M-F 9am-6pm Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, supplemental coverages, paid vacation, sick time, 8 paid holidays, and paid birthday incentive. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have experience with the Regius 110 High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Radiologic Technician Current license as a Radiologic Technician from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (AART) is required Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (AART) Current AART Certification BLS/CPR certification required within 30 days of employment OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE: Possible exposure to blood borne pathogens, chemical hazards; may encounter radiation hazards MENTAL DEMANDS: Requires constant and frequent judgment and response; occasionally in response to disasters or emergencies, actual events or drills Requires English language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communication PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires high-level visual and auditory acuity for timely response and patient care assessment activities Requires the ability to move quickly in response to patient needs, to stand for long periods, occasional overhead and low reaching, and the ability to exert force of up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently and/or up to 10 lbs constantly Patient care activities may require the ability to exert force up to 30 lbs constantly, up to 40 lbs occasionally and up to 100 lbs rarely

Requirements

Must have experience with the Regius 110
