Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming X-ray orders.
• Prepare and transport patients for radiologic procedures.
• Coordinate imaging requests by phone, including sending, mailing, importing, and transferring images as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Red Flag Rules.
• Participate in continuing education and share knowledge with staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor.
• Track patient information and ensure compliance with safety and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts, contributing to an overall positive patient experience.
