About The Position
The X Ray Tech will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and providing quality patient care. The position is a contract role with a 40-hour work week, offering day/night shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Tech.
- ARRT(R) certification.
- State Fluoroscopy Permit.
- State Venipuncture Permit.
- BLS certification issued by AHA.
- CRT Permit from the State.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety and radiation protection standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
