About The Position
The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Certified X-Ray Tech for DOC Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, an affiliate of HH-TOC, in Decatur, AL. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The X-Ray Tech will be responsible for performing X-Rays, distributing and ordering supplies, helping stock rooms when needed, and other duties as assigned. The X-Ray Tech must be able to communicate effectively with patients, DOC physicians and staff.
Requirements
- HS/GED
- ARRT certification
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational, time management and writing skills
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely
- Independent, self-starting and highly motivated
- Proven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work history
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one-year full-time clinical experience in healthcare preferred
