X-Ray Tech (RDA)
About The Position
Sealy Dental Center in Katy is seeking a full-time X-Ray Tech (RDA) to join its well-established, family-oriented dental practice. The role supports patient appointments by welcoming and escorting patients, obtaining diagnostic X-rays and imaging, preparing instruments and supplies, and sterilizing instruments in accordance with OSHA regulations. The practice describes its team as supportive and collaborative, with a positive office culture and opportunities to invest in training and development. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour, with monthly performance-based bonus opportunities. Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Texas.
- Active CPR certification.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- RDA new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and escort them to the treatment area for their appointment.
- Obtain diagnostic X-rays and imaging to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies for each operatory as needed.
- Sterilize instruments according to OSHA regulations.
