A significant portion of the role also involves business growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding accounts, and identifying new opportunities within Wyoming. Redi Services has developed systems and leadership rhythms to support Area Managers, emphasizing curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business by developing the team, improving operations, coaching leaders, reviewing financial performance, and creating accountability.
• Grow the business by strengthening customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities throughout Wyoming.
• Embrace and execute Redi Services' systems for clarity and leadership, and contribute to their improvement.
• Support and develop Department Managers to become stronger leaders.
• Ensure teams become safer and operations become more efficient.
• Increase the profitability of the Area.
• Foster an environment where people want to stay and customers want to grow with the company.
