About The Position

The WW Commercial Leader for Retail Education leads strategy, performance, and go-to-market for Apple Retail’s Education business globally, including hardware and services. This role is within the Apple Store Online team, which is responsible for Apple’s largest store and aims to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy, and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. The goal is to make each customer feel like they are the only customer and to set the bar for the experience they receive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, go-to-market, or commercial roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable business impact
  • Experience owning or influencing business performance
  • Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market dynamics and business performance

  • Experience in education or adjacent customer segments
  • Background in retail or omnichannel go-to-market strategy
  • Communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead the WW commercial strategy and execution for Education in Apple Retail.
  • Define the segment approach for Education.
  • Evolve the value proposition for students and educators.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Lead a team and set direction across multiple priorities, evolving with the needs of the business.
  • Partner closely with teams across all Retail functions, Product Marketing, Supply & Operations, Finance, and Regional teams.
  • Communicate regularly with senior leaders on performance, growth opportunities, and progress.
